Raquel Pomplun entered the world on October 24, 1987, in San Diego, California, born to Maria Lourdes. She spent her formative years primarily in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, before relocating to San Diego at age twelve in 2000, eventually settling in Chula Vista. Her background reflects Mexican-American heritage with Germanic and Spanish lineage. She possesses fluency in both English and Spanish, with Spanish being her primary language from childhood. She has two older brothers and maintains strong familial connections. Her secondary education took place at Bonita Vista High School, where classmates knew her by the nickname "Rock." She subsequently pursued biochemistry studies at Southwestern College with aspirations of entering biochemical engineering. From an early age, classical ballet, mathematics, and science captured her interests, and she demonstrated particular aptitude in mathematical subjects.
