Rie Kaneko — Biography

Rie Kaneko is a multifaceted Japanese artist known for her contributions to music, modeling, and the idol scene. She gained significant recognition as a foundational member and co-vocalist of the innovative kawaii metal and electronicore group Ladybaby, a role she held from its inception in 2015 until its conclusion in 2020. Continuing her artistic journey, Kaneko established a new musical venture in 2023. She now serves as both co-founder and co-vocalist for the kawaii metal and J-pop band REIRIE, sharing this endeavor with Rei Kuromiya, who was also a former bandmate in Ladybaby.
