Riho Yoshioka, born January 15, 1993, in Kyoto, is a prominent figure in Japanese entertainment. Her career gained significant momentum in 2016 when she secured a part in the NHK television drama, Here Comes Asa. This role marked a turning point, leading to wider recognition. Her talent was formally acknowledged in 2018 with the Elan d'or Award for Newcomer of the Year. Further accolades followed, as she was honored with the Newcomer of the Year Award at the 43rd Japan Academy Film Prize for her impactful performances in the 2019 films Mienai Mokugeki-sha and Parallel world love story.
