Rosemarie Hillcrest — Biography

Per The Playmate Book, Rosemarie Hillcrest’s journey to becoming a Playboy model began in an unconventional way. Tasked with interviewing a millionaire for her college newspaper, she made her way to the Playboy Mansion in Chicago. Through her tenacity, she managed to secure an interview with Hugh Hefner. During their conversation, he proposed the idea of her becoming a Playmate. Rosemarie is noted for sharing the record for the largest bust measurement at 41 inches, though she does not hold the title for the largest cup size. Due to her band size of 36, she wears a DD(E) cup, a size that is shared by many other Playmates, with some even sporting DDD(F) cups.
