Born Sadie Liza Vaughan on June 19, 1965, Sadie Frost is a British talent known for her work as an actress, producer, and fashion designer. She co-owned and operated the fashion label Frost French, which concluded its run in 2011, and also headed up the film production company Blonde to Black Pictures.

Frost's acting portfolio boasts a diverse range of film credits including Empire State (1987), Diamond Skulls, also known as Dark Obsession (1989), Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992), The Krays (1990), Magic Hunter (1994), Shopping (1994), A Pyromaniac's Love Story (1995), Flypaper (1997), Final Cut (1998), Captain Jack (1999), Love, Honour and Obey (2000), Beyond the Rave (2008), Molly Moon and the Incredible Book of Hypnotism (2015), and A Bird Flew In (2021).

In her younger years, Frost navigated challenges with an eating disorder. Her first marriage was to Gary Kemp of Spandau Ballet, whom she met in 1981 at the age of sixteen while dancing in a music video. They exchanged vows on May 7, 1988, and welcomed their son, Finlay, in 1990. Their union lasted seven years, concluding with a divorce on August 19, 1995.

Frost's path then crossed with Jude Law on the set of the 1994 film Shopping. They married in September 1997 and shared three children: Rafferty, Iris, and Rudy. Frost and Law's marriage dissolved on October 29, 2003, following their separation in January of that year.

Among her children, Iris Law is her daughter. Kate Moss serves as godmother to one of Frost's children, while Nick Grimshaw holds the same role for another. Frost herself has stated she has never been one for excessive partying, prioritizing her role as a mother. She received an official apology from Mirror Group Newspapers and was awarded financial compensation.
