Sadie Soverall’s acting journey began with a significant role in the 2019 Irish drama Rose Plays Julie, where she portrayed Eva alongside established talents like Ann Skelly, Orla Brady, and Aidan Gillen. Following this cinematic introduction, she transitioned to television, securing a prominent part as the villainous Beatrix in Netflix's Fate: The Winx Saga. This live-action reimagining of the beloved animated show Winx Club saw Soverall simultaneously managing her A Level examinations while filming the inaugural season in Ireland. The series debuted in 2021 and extended for a total of two seasons.

In 2023, Soverall took on the role of Maisy in the thriller film Little Bone Lodge, sharing the screen with Joely Richardson and Neil Linpow.
