About Sarah Carter
Hailing from Canada, Sarah cultivated her artistic talents through rigorous classical training in theater, dance, and fine arts at Ryerson University in Toronto. Upon her relocation to Los Angeles, her acting career rapidly ascended, marked by a series of enduring roles as a regular cast member in television shows. She garnered significant recognition for her portrayal of "Madeleine Poe" alongside James Woods in the CBS series Shark, a project helmed by Spike Lee. More recently, she took center stage as "Harper Deakins" opposite Cole Hauser and Richard Schiff in the series Rogue. Her guest appearances and recurring parts have left an indelible mark, including her role as "Alicia Baker" on The CW's Smallville; as "Wrenn Darcy," sharing the screen with Peter Krause, Donald Sutherland, and Jill Clayburgh in HBO's Dirty Sexy Money; as "Cassie" in the widely discussed "The Sundance Kids" episode of HBO's Entourage; and as "Lynn Downey" on CBS' lengthy reboot of Hawaii Five-0. She has consistently held her ground as a beloved character, recurring as "Cicada," the inaugural female antagonist, on The CW's The Flash, and also making a guest appearance on Law & Order SVU, where she played a compelling leader of the NXIVM sex cult opposite Mariska Hargitay.
