Sarah Jane Hyland is a talented American actress. She was born in Manhattan and pursued her passion for performing at the Professional Performing Arts School. Her career launched with minor appearances in films such as Private Parts (1997), Annie (1999), and Blind Date (2007). Hyland gained widespread recognition for her role as Haley Dunphy in the popular ABC sitcom Modern Family, which aired from 2009 to 2020. Her performance earned her significant praise, including four Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series, along with a nomination for the Critics' Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. From 2022 to 2023, she took on the role of host for Love Island USA on Peacock.
