Hailing from Pozzuoli, a town in Naples, Italy, Sarah Nile has graced the pages of Playboy on multiple occasions. Her work includes three cover appearances and three distinct photosets. She was named Playboy Playmate of the Year for the Italian edition in 2010. Prior to that, she earned the title of Playboy Playmate of the Month for the Italian edition in December of 2008. She was also featured as a Playboy Playmate in the June 2009 Russian edition. Sarah Nile's recognition as Playmate of the Month in December 2008 for Italy's Playboy came after her participation in the reality television show Grande Fratello, also known as Big Brother Italy. Following this television appearance, her acclaimed status led to her being honored as Playmate of the Year by Playboy Italia. Her presence on Playboy Italy continued with a solo cover feature in January 2010, and she later appeared on the cover again in October 2012, alongside Francesca Lukasik and Federica Ariafina.
