Shannon Dey — Biography

Shannon Dey's journey into the world of fitness and entrepreneurship began with her time as a cheerleader at the University of Kansas. Her athletic spirit then led her to the professional arena, where she served as the cheerleading captain for the NFL's Kansas City Chiefs. In 2007, Dey channeled her passion into founding Bombshell Fitness. She later expanded her business ventures by acquiring Boom Fitness, a collection of health clubs. Her involvement in the competitive bodybuilding scene also deepened when she took on the role of NPC Chairperson for the state of Florida.
