Jen and Sylvia Soska, a filmmaking duo affectionately dubbed the "Twisted Twins," have carved a distinct niche in Canadian cinema with their daring forays into the horror landscape. Their early work, particularly Dead Hooker in a Trunk, quickly established their unique voice, which was further solidified by the critically lauded American Mary. More recently, they've taken on the challenge of reimagining David Cronenberg's classic Rabid and delivered the unsettling psychosexual thriller On the Edge. Beyond their directorial efforts, the sisters have also lent their talents to hosting the horror-themed game show Hellavator and engaged in creative partnerships with WWE Studios.
