About Susan McBain
At the age of thirty, Suzanne McBain, already a mother, stepped into the vibrant, often gritty, New York City adult film industry of the mid-1970s. Her natural lack of inhibition led her to appear in numerous explicit 8mm films, as well as a notable selection of both mainstream-adjacent and darker-themed adult movies. Among her credits are "Farmer's Daughters" (1975), "Blonde Velvet" (1976), "Rollerbabies" (1976), "Barbara Broadcast" (1977), "Candy Lips" (1977), and "Sweetheart" (1977). Her youthful appearance often saw her cast in roles depicting naive, yet sexually eager, characters preyed upon by manipulative male figures. While her on-screen presence was captured, the lack of magazine modeling work means that visually, her legacy consists primarily of low-resolution still images derived from her film appearances.
