Suzanne Lee Stokes was born on July 9, 1979, in Naples, Florida, USA. She is recognized as an American glamour and adult model, having gained fame as Playboy's Playmate of the Month in February 2000. After completing high school in 1997, Stokes relocated to Miami to pursue a modeling career, featuring in numerous swimsuit catalogs and Boating magazine. Her work also included appearances in various international commercials. Following her manager's suggestion, she entered the "Playboy 2000 Playmate Search," which led to an invitation from Playboy to Chicago for a test shoot and subsequently for a pictorial shoot.

In addition to her modeling career, Stokes competed in beauty pageants, securing the title of Miss Hawaiian Tropic United States 1999 and being awarded Miss Photogenic at the Miss Hawaiian Tropic International finals in 2000. She is also remembered for her role in Benassi's 2003 music video "Satisfaction," sharing the screen with Jerri Byrne, Thekla Roth, Natasha Mealey, and Lena Frank. Stokes has made numerous appearances on Howard Stern's shows, both on television and radio. In 2005, she featured alongside her roommate, fellow Playboy Playmate Buffy Tyler, and during the segment, they amused Stern by sharing that they occasionally engaged in intimate interactions when not in relationships with men.

On June 8, 2011, Stokes was arrested in Los Angeles for felony drug possession of methamphetamines during a traffic stop, after police discovered she had an outstanding warrant from a previous violation. She was released after posting bail of $11,000. In 2019, Stokes began to transition into hardcore pornography, becoming one of the few Playboy Playmates to make the move into boy/girl videos. Additionally, she was named Playboy Spain's Playmate of the Month in April 2000 and Playboy Netherlands' Playmate of the Month in September 2000.
