Taissa Farmiga is an American performer who gained significant recognition for her contributions to the anthology series American Horror Story. Her appearances on the show spanned multiple seasons, including Murder House in 2011, Coven from 2013 to 2014, Roanoke in 2016, and Apocalypse in 2018. Farmiga’s initial forays into cinema included roles in the crime drama The Bling Ring and the psychological thriller Mindscape, both released in 2013. She garnered critical attention for her work in the comedy slasher The Final Girls, as well as the dramas 6 Years and Share, all of which made their debut at the South by Southwest festival. This success at the festival positioned her as one of its emerging talents. Her voice has also been heard as Raven within the DC Animated Movie Universe between 2016 and 2020. Farmiga's filmography also includes the comedies Rules Don't Apply and The Long Dumb Road, the dramas In a Valley of Violence and What They Had, and the supernatural thrillers The Nun, released in 2018, and its subsequent installment in 2023.
