Born on May 20, 1999, Tara Davis-Woodhall, formerly known by her maiden name Davis, is an accomplished American athlete competing in track and field. Her distinguished career includes a gold medal in the women's long jump at the 2024 Summer Olympics, preceded by a silver medal performance at the 2023 World Championships. A standout in her sport, she established the American junior women's record for the indoor long jump in 2017. Davis-Woodhall also demonstrated her prowess at the 2020 Summer Olympics, securing sixth place in the women's long jump final. In addition to her long jump achievements, she is also a skilled hurdler.
