Tiffany Taylor entered the world on July 17, 1977, in Leesburg, Virginia. During her formative years in the state, she developed a strong interest in entertainment and soon discovered that her physical appearance and athletic build made her well-suited for modeling work. With her Caucasian heritage, brown hair, and brown eyes, she possessed distinctive qualities that helped her gain prominence within the demanding modeling profession.

Taylor launched her modeling career in 1997 through an appearance in the Playboy College Girls special issue, which introduced her athletic physique and camera presence to Playboy's audience. Her popularity grew steadily, culminating in her selection as Playmate of the Month for November 1998. Following this achievement, she graced numerous international Playboy editions spanning countries including Australia, the Czech Republic, Japan, Italy, the Netherlands, Romania, and Taiwan between 1998 and 1999.

Before fully committing to modeling, Taylor worked as a server at Hooters, an experience that played a significant role in developing her public image and launching her into the entertainment spotlight. Beyond her Playboy work, she pursued acting roles in adult-oriented films and made television appearances, though these efforts never achieved the same level of prominence as her modeling career. She earned a degree in criminology and criminal justice from the University of Maryland, College Park in July 2002. During her career, she also secured a small role in the third season of HBO's True Blood, appearing in the episode "Everything is Broken" as a human feeder character.

Throughout her fifteen-year career, Taylor posed for twenty-five covers and twenty-five photosets before retiring around 2013. Since stepping away from the industry, she has maintained a private existence and remains largely removed from public view.
