Tina's creative path commenced at the age of six when she embraced dance. Her formative years in dance were spent with a renowned New York company, leading to both competitive performances and stage engagements across the nation. By the time she was fifteen, a chance encounter on a Manhattan train led to her discovery by an IMG Models agent, and she was swiftly contracted by the esteemed agency. Her modeling career blossomed, taking her across the globe as she represented prominent brands such as Giorgio Armani, Guess, and L'Oreal, among others. Her image adorned the pages and covers of prestigious publications like Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and Elle.

After experiencing the world through her extensive travels, residing in numerous cities including Milan, Paris, London, Sydney, and Tokyo, Tina eventually settled in Los Angeles with aspirations of an acting career. Her transition into acting was swift, as she secured the leading role in the independent film Mob Rules, marking the beginning of her consistent presence in the entertainment industry. Her filmography includes roles in productions such as Role Models, The Nevsky Prospect, and Bleed For This, and she has also appeared in television series like Jane The Virgin, Donny, and CSI. Currently, Tina holds a series regular position on the CW show Pandora and has ventured into producing. Her inaugural producing project, The Admirer, also featured her in a starring role. Her current endeavors include developing a psychological thriller series titled Human, which she created, wrote, and will star in. Tina is currently represented by Luber Roklin Entertainment.
