About Varada Sethu

Born Varada Sethumadhavan on May 12, 1992, Varada Sethu is a performer with roots in both Britain and India. Her acting journey has seen her appear in a variety of productions, including the 2010 film Sket, and later in English: An Autumn in London in 2012. Her television work spans several years, with roles in Doctors in 2015, New Blood in 2016, and Doctor Foster in 2017. Sethu was also part of the cast for Hanna in 2019, and Strike Back: Vendetta in 2020. More recently, she made an appearance in Jurassic World Dominion in 2022, and the series Annika in 2023. Her notable roles in recent years include her portrayal of Cinta Kaz in the Disney+ Star Wars series Andor, which began in 2022 and continues into the present, and her role as Belinda Chandra in Doctor Who, a series that commenced in 2025 and is ongoing.
