Born on January 10, 1979, in Chisinau, Moldova, Anna Lesko is a singer who bridges Romanian and Moldovan heritage, with roots tracing back to Ukraine. She spent her formative years in Moldova, relocating to Romania at seventeen, the country she now calls home. Painting is a significant artistic pursuit for Lesko, with her artwork showcased on her personal website.
Her musical journey commenced in 2002 with the release of "Ard în flăcări," featured on her debut album "Flăcări." The subsequent year, 2003, saw the arrival of her album "Inseparabili," a success that earned her a gold record in Romania. Her third studio effort, "Pentru tine," arrived in 2004, yielding three singles, most notably "Nu mai am timp," a track penned by Bogdan Popoiag and Eduard Alexandru.
