Antonela Avellaneda — Biography
Antonela Avellaneda, an Argentinian model now 38 years old, holds the distinction of being the second international contestant to enter the fourth season of Big Brother Brasil. Although her time on the reality program concluded with her elimination as the fourth participant, the show proved to be a pivotal moment, propelling her to fame and leading her to divide her life between Brazil and her native Argentina. Her origins lie in La Plata, a city within the province of Buenos Aires. Today, she resides in São Paulo. Beyond her Big Brother experience, which she credits with transforming her life, Avellaneda achieved significant recognition by posing nude for Playboy magazine on three separate occasions. Her initial appearance was in 2003, alongside Dani Souza, famously known as Mulher Samambaia. These captivating images were later reutilized following her entry into the BBB house. Post-reality television, she graced the magazine's cover two more times, in 2004 and again in 2019, this time for Playboy Portugal. From 2006 to 2007, Avellaneda lent her voice to Transamérica Radio in São Paulo as the host of the show Translouca. Her hosting talents also extended to a program in her home country of Argentina. Avellaneda's personal life has also seen connections with notable figures. Among these was a past relationship with Cauã Reymond, which commenced shortly after her departure from Big Brother Brasil. Another artist with whom she shared a romantic connection is Júnior Lima, the brother of the singer Sandy. In 2018, Avellaneda turned her attention to the Miss Butt Brazil competition, though she ultimately did not secure the coveted title. Her notable Playboy features include Playmate of the Month for Playboy Brazil in November 2003 and February 2004, and for Playboy Croatia in November 2004.
