Ashley McCall Scott — Biography

Born on July 13, 1977, in Metairie, Louisiana, Ashley McCall Scott's upbringing unfolded in Charleston, South Carolina. Her journey in the spotlight began at a young age as a model, notably reaching the finals of the Elite Model Look competition in 1993. She then secured a contract with Elite Miami, leading to an international modeling career that saw her walk the runways in fashion hubs like Paris and London, as well as Miami.

Scott's image has graced the cover of the esteemed Hollywood Reporter and has been captured by renowned photographers for publications such as WWD, US Weekly, Vegas, Salon, Victim, ShortHair, and Cosmo Girl. Her acting debut arrived with a role as Gigolo Jane in the feature film ‘AI: Artificial Intelligence’. The year 2001 marked her transition to television when she was cast as Asha Barlow in the second season of the popular FOX science fiction series ‘Dark Angel’.

In 2002, Scott joined the cast of ‘Birds of Prey’, portraying Helena Kyle, also known as the Huntress. Following this, her filmography expanded to include ‘S.W.A.T.’ (2003), ‘Trespassing’ (2004), the voice role in ‘Lost’ (2004), ‘Walking Tall’ (2004), ‘Into the Blue’ (2005), ‘Puff, Puff, Pass’ (2006), ‘The Kingdom’ (2007), and ‘Strange Wilderness’ (2008), as well as ‘12 Rounds’ (2009). Her television movie credits include ‘Christmas Mail’ (2010), ‘Unstable’ (2012), ‘The Nightmare Nanny’ (2013), ‘Summoned’ (2013), and ‘Holiday Road Trip’ (2013).

Scott also took on the role of Emily Sullivan in the CBS drama ‘Jericho’, from 2006 to 2008. She made guest appearances on ‘CSI Miami’ (2009) and ‘NCIS’ (2010). In 2013, she lent her voice to the character María in ‘The Last of Us’, one of the most anticipated video games of that year. Scott portrayed Mary in the critically acclaimed Lifetime drama ‘Un-REAL’, hailed as the best summer TV drama of 2015. Her work with Lifetime also includes films such as ‘One Small Indiscretion’, ‘A Woman Deceived’, and ‘A Tale of Two Coreys’. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
