Barbara Bain — Biography

Barbara Bain, mother to actress Juliet Landau, made a significant mark on television. Her most recognized performance was as Cinnamon Carter Crawford in the thrilling series Mission: Impossible, airing from 1966 to 1969. This role garnered her three Primetime Emmy Awards and secured a Golden Globe Award nomination. Later, she took on the part of Dr. Helena Russell in the science fiction program Space: 1999, a joint British and Italian production that ran from 1975 to 1977.
