Bella Thorne — Biography

Annabella Avery Thorne is an accomplished American entertainer who works as an actress, singer, and writer. Her breakthrough came through television roles including Margaux Darling in Dirty Sexy Money from 2007 to 2008 and Ruthy Spivey in My Own Worst Enemy in 2009, earning her recognition with a Young Artist Award for the latter. She became widely known for playing CeCe Jones on the Disney Channel series Shake It Up between 2010 and 2013, a role that brought her numerous accolades and nominations, among them an Imagen Award. Following this success, Thorne has taken on leading and supporting roles in many motion pictures such as Blended in 2014, Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip in 2015, and The Babysitter franchise spanning 2017 to 2020. Her performances in The DUFF from 2015, Amityville: The Awakening in 2017, and Infamous in 2020 were all well received by critics. She also starred in the television drama Famous in Love during 2017 and 2018, which earned her Teen Choice Awards nominations.
