Beverly Mullins is a former American model, professional wrestler, Hooters girl, and valet. She is primarily recognized by her ring names, Wesley Holliday and Courtney Taylor, the latter of which she used while signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). In WWE, she served as a backstage interviewer for its ECW brand. Before venturing into wrestling, Mullins made several appearances in Playboy magazine, featuring in "Playboy's Women of Hooters 2008" as a Hooters Girl in February 2008. She also appeared in the Hooters calendar, achieving the title of Miss October in 2006.

Her entry into the wrestling world came at the suggestion of Lou Maggio in 2007, who had previously judged the Miss Hooters International pageants in 2005 and 2006. Growing up, she idolized Stone Cold Steve Austin. In 2008, Mullins was inducted into the HOOTERS Hall of Fame, which would transition online in 2009. She also participated in a pillow fight featured on bikini.com, which aired on YouTube in June 2008, alongside three other Hooters girls. During an interview with CW11 News, along with two fellow Hooters Girls, she announced her signing with WWE. By February 2008, various wrestling news outlets confirmed that Mullins had been signed to a development contract with WWE and would begin training at Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), their developmental facility.

Mullins made her FCW debut alongside Tiffany (Taryn Terrell), another Playboy model, where they competed in lingerie contests and other match types. However, the two soon parted ways with Tiffany moving up to the ECW brand. Mullins eventually adopted the ring name Daisy. In a 2009 interview with Hooters Magazine, she revealed that her name Wesley Holliday was inspired by a character from the 1978 film National Lampoon's Animal House. Serving as the valet for Alex Riley, Mullins suffered a rib injury during a March 2008 FCW match. Upon her return later that month, her wrestling role expanded, leading her to contend against various competitors including The Bella Twins, Tiffany, Angela Fong, Roucka (Rosa Mendes), and Victoria Crawford.

In September 2008, she changed her ring name to Wesley Holiday, which was later adjusted to Wesley Holliday. In October of that year, she engaged in a short feud with Roucka on FCW Television and was eliminated in the first round of the Queen of FCW Tournament by Tiffany. Following the tournament, Holliday transitioned to managing Dylan Klein and subsequently Alex Riley. In this new role, she reverted to using her name Beverly and created an in-ring persona reminiscent of a high school prom queen to complement Riley's high school jock character.
