Brett Cooper — Biography

Brett Tombul, originally known as Brett Cooper, is an American political commentator, media figure, YouTuber, and actress. She serves as the host of The Brett Cooper Show and gained significant recognition for hosting The Comments Section with Brett Cooper, which was produced by The Daily Wire from March 2022 until December 2024. Born in Bellingham, Washington, Cooper grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee. At the age of ten, she relocated to Los Angeles, California, to pursue a career in acting. Over nearly a decade, she participated in various theater, television, and film projects, including a minor role as an extra in the 2012 movie Parental Guidance. In January 2022, she joined The Daily Wire to launch a podcast named The Comments Section with Brett Cooper, described in the "About" section of its YouTube channel as a "viral content and news review show." On December 10, 2024, Cooper departed from The Daily Wire, making the decision independently. Her producer, Reagan Conrad, stepped in as the host of The Comments Section the following week. Shortly after her departure, Cooper spoke at the Turning Point USA annual America Fest (AmFest) Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, where she expressed gratitude to fans and attendees for their support throughout her career and subsequently hosted a meet-and-greet with fans. On January 27, 2025, she launched her new channel with a trailer for her upcoming show, The Brett Cooper Show, which debuted on January 30, 2025. Cooper has English ancestry. In October 2023, she became engaged to Alex Tombul, an advertising agency founder, and they were married in April 2024. As of January 2025, she boasts 1.1 million followers on Instagram, 771 thousand subscribers on YouTube, and 458.4K followers on X.
