Brooke Burns — Biography

Brooke Elizabeth Burns, born on March 16, 1978, is an American actress and former fashion model best recognized for her appearances in Baywatch and Baywatch Hawaii. She also had a role in the ABC series Miss Guided. Hailing from Dallas, Texas, Burns is the daughter of Betsy, a homemaker, and Brad Thomas Burns, who has a background in health care. She is the middle child among three sisters. During her early years, Burns devoted twelve years to ballet dancing before transitioning to modeling at the age of fifteen, an opportunity that arose after she sustained an injury to her anterior cruciate ligament in a skiing accident. At sixteen, she and her family relocated to Europe, where she spent time living in Paris, Milan, and Germany.
