Cicciolina — Biography
Cicciolina, born Anna Elena Staller, is a multi-faceted figure hailing from Hungary who made a name for herself in Italy as a politician, adult film star, and singer. Throughout her career, she released various songs, primarily drawn from live performances, featuring candid lyrics set to tunes reminiscent of children’s melodies. Her most notable track, "Muscolo Rosso," is a bold homage to male anatomy—specifically, "il cazzo," meaning "the dick" in Italian. The explicit nature of the song prevented its release in Italy, yet it found a receptive audience in other countries, notably France, where the lyrics were less understood. As the internet grew, the song's popularity soared among Italian speakers discovering it for the first time. During her tenure with RCA and the Diva Futura agency, numerous unreleased tracks were recorded, many of which later surfaced in her television appearances, live shows, or served as soundtracks for her adult films. Cicciolina's active years spanned from 1970 to 2001. She famously continued to engage in hardcore adult films while serving in political office, often creating a stir by delivering speeches with one breast exposed. In 1994, she appeared in the movie "Replikator" and later featured in the Brazilian telenovela "Xica da Silva" in 1996. Additionally, she participated in the Argentine version of "Strictly Come Dancing,” titled "Bailando por un Sueño," but had to withdraw after sustaining a rib injury during rehearsals. Her career also included controversial projects, such as a bestiality film involving a horse. Over the years, she filmed explicit scenes with notable figures in the adult industry, including Rocco Siffredi, Ron Jeremy, Roberto Malone, John Holmes, Peter North, Gabriel Pontello, and Christoph Clark.
