Dori Ghezzi — Biography
Dori Ghezzi emerged onto the music scene in the late 1960s, achieving initial recognition with her 1969 hit "Casatschok." Her popularity grew significantly throughout the 1970s, largely due to her fruitful partnership with American vocalist Wess. The pair established a popular singing duo that lasted for several years, releasing notable tracks like "Un corpo e un'anima." Their collaboration extended to an international stage when they represented Italy in the 1975 Eurovision Song Contest, ultimately securing third place in the competition.
