Elsa Baquerizo — Biography

Elsa Baquerizo McMillan, who was born on June 25, 1987, is a noted Spanish beach volleyball player. In 2012, she teamed up with Liliana Fernández to form a competitive pair. This partnership led them to compete in the Summer Olympics in both 2012 and 2016. At the 2012 Olympics, they reached the round of 16, where they faced the Italian team of Greta Cicolari and Marta Menegatti, and they were eliminated. Similarly, at the 2016 Olympics, Baquerizo and Fernández once again exited in the last 16, this time losing to the Russian duo of Birlova and Ukolova.
