Emma Rose Kenney, born on September 14, 1999, is an American actress widely recognized for portraying Harris Conner-Healy in the tenth season of the ABC series "Roseanne" and its subsequent spin-off, "The Conners." From 2011 to 2021, she played Debbie Gallagher on the Showtime series "Shameless." Kenney has been active in the entertainment industry since 2009 and continues to work today.
