Gina Lynn — Biography

Tanya Mercado, professionally known as Gina Lynn, was born on February 15, 1980, and is an American adult film performer with Puerto Rican and Italian heritage. She entered the world in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, to parents of Puerto Rican and Italian descent, though she spent her formative years in Jackson Township, New Jersey. Her adult entertainment company, Gina Lynn Productions, is based in Reading, Pennsylvania, where she maintains her residence. Lynn ventured into print modeling for adult magazines, appearing in Chéri during 2001. She entered the adult film industry in 2003 as a contract performer with Pleasure Productions and maintained her involvement with that studio while building her own production company through 2009. The performer identifies as bisexual and has made appearances in various entertainment ventures, including Eminem's "Superman" music video and Vinnie Paz's "Keep Movin' On" video. She also worked as an extra in the films Analyze That and Minghags, and took on a minor role portraying a stripper in a 2004 episode of The Sopranos. Penthouse magazine selected her as their Pet for April 2012, announced in March of that year.
