Furthermore, she is the reigning champion of the 2023 WTA Finals and has secured ten WTA 1000 titles. Świątek holds the distinction of being the first Polish player to win a major singles title.

Her junior career was equally distinguished, featuring a 2018 French Open girls' doubles championship shared with Caty McNally and the 2018 Wimbledon girls' singles crown. She began competing regularly on the WTA Tour in 2019 and swiftly entered the top 50 at the age of 18, following her inaugural Tour final and a fourth-round appearance at the 2019 French Open. The year 2020 marked a watershed moment as she clinched her first major title at the French Open with remarkable dominance, not conceding more than five games in any of her singles matches. Her ascent continued, breaking into the WTA's top ten for the first time in May 2021.

Early in 2022, Świątek embarked on a formidable 37-match winning streak, the longest on the WTA Tour in the 21st century, which propelled her to the world number one ranking. Her stellar year culminated with major victories at the French and US Opens, solidifying her status as the world's leading player. She replicated this year-end number one achievement in 2023 by successfully defending her French Open title and winning the WTA Finals. In 2024, she secured her third consecutive French Open championship. After experiencing a period of inconsistent form, Świątek captured her first grass-court title at the 2025 Wimbledon Championships. Notably, she has claimed the French Open title on four occasions out of her seven appearances, consistently reaching at least the fourth round. Świątek is recognized for her versatile, all-court playing style. Her exceptional shot-making earned her the WTA Fan Favorite Shot of the Year in 2019 for a baseline drop shot, and she was voted WTA Fan Favorite Singles Player of the Year in 2020. In 2023, her influence was further acknowledged with the L'Équipe Champion of Champions award, the Polish Sports Personality of the Year title, and inclusion on Time's prestigious list of the 100 most influential people globally.
