Ivy Rose is an American adult model of Russian descent, distinguished from various others with the same name, including an Australian model and a Playboy Plus and MetArt figure known as Ivy Rose, as well as Payton Preslee, all of whom share a similar alias. She embarked on her career in the adult film industry in 2016 at the age of 21, making her entrance through a project with the studio ‘Mofos.’ Following her debut, she collaborated with several other production companies, such as Manipulative Media, Pure Play Media, Exile Distribution, and Kelly Madison Productions.
