Jamie Chung is an American actress and former reality TV star. As of November 2024, she boasts 1.4 million followers on her Instagram account. Her career took off in 2004 when she appeared on the MTV reality show The Real World: San Diego, and she further gained attention through her participation in the spin-off, Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Inferno II. Many consider her the most successful alumna from The Real World in terms of her media career. Transitioning into acting, Chung has featured in various films, including Dragonball Evolution, Grown Ups, Premium Rush, Sorority Row, The Hangover Part II, Sucker Punch, and Big Hero 6 (2014). Her performance in the independent drama Eden garnered critical praise. Chung starred in the miniseries Samurai Girl and was a regular on the superhero drama series The Gifted from 2017 to 2019. She also made a recurring appearance as Mulan in the ABC fantasy series Once Upon a Time and has been voicing Go Go Tomago in the animated series Big Hero 6: The Series since 2017, a role she originated in the 2014 film. Starting in August 2020, she took on the recurring role of Ji-Ah in the HBO series Lovecraft Country.
