Über Jenilee Harrison
Jenilee Harrison, originally from Northridge, California, graced the cover of Playboy one time and participated in a photoset, featured in "Classics - Jenilee" on June 29, 1987. As an actress, she gained notable recognition for her portrayal of Cindy Snow, the replacement "dumb blonde" roommate on the popular ABC sitcom "Three's Company," which aired from 1980 to 1982. Harrison later took on the role of Jamie Ewing in the widely followed CBS nighttime soap opera "Dallas" from 1984 to 1986.
Before venturing into acting, Harrison was a cheerleader for the NFL's Los Angeles Rams from 1978 to 1980. She joined "Three's Company" during its fourth season in 1980, stepping in for Suzanne Somers, whose character Chrissy Snow departed shortly after the fifth season commenced. The character of Cindy Snow was introduced as Chrissy's cousin, but unlike Chrissy, who was depicted as a "dumb blonde," Cindy was characterized as a clumsy farm girl. This allowed the production team to utilize scripts initially meant for Chrissy. Harrison made her debut as Cindy in the episode titled "Chrissy's Cousin" (season 5, episode 7), where she quickly showcased her klutzy nature by knocking Jack over. Although Harrison filled Somers' role, she didn’t receive opening credits; Somers remained listed due to the conclusion of her contract, with Harrison only featured in the credits as a guest star.
In the sixth season, a new character, Terri Alden (played by Priscilla Barnes), a clever nurse, succeeded Cindy in the apartment. Although Harrison retained her spot on the show, she was moved to opening credits and assumed a reduced role, appearing less often while living nearby at UCLA. Ultimately, Cindy Snow's character was phased out by the end of the season; her last appearance was in "Janet Wigs Out" (season 6, episode 24).
In 1984, Harrison took on a challenging role as a reluctant prostitute in the film "Tank," which featured James Garner and C. Thomas Howell. That same year, she began her role as Jamie Ewing Barnes on "Dallas," continuing until 1986. Jamie's character was notably killed off twice: first in the episode "Blast from the Past," where her car explodes, and later when the entire season is revealed to be a dream. Jamie met her final fate in 1987 during a mountain climbing accident.
Harrison made appearances on the NBC daytime game show "Super Password" in both 1985 and 1986 and returned again in 1987. In 1999, she guest-starred on the FOX sitcom "That '70s Show." In 2005, Harrison began promoting the "Ultimate Chopper with Chef Tony" through infomercials. In her earlier years
