Julie Gonzalo — Biography

A childhood mishap left Julie Gonzalo with a subtle mark above the bridge of her nose. Her fluency in Spanish is a significant asset, enabling her to connect directly with Spanish-speaking audiences during press engagements for her films. This authentic communication has cultivated a strong following among Latino and Latin American fans. Gonzalo's career includes notable collaborations, having shared the screen with Jamie Lee Curtis in both "Freaky Friday" (2003) and "Christmas with the Kranks" (2004). Her journey to Hollywood began when her family relocated to Miami, USA, when she was just eight years old. It was on the set of the 2018 Hallmark Channel film "The Sweetest Heart" that she met her husband, Chris McNally. Additionally, she has appeared in two films with Chad Michael Murray: the aforementioned "Freaky Friday" (2003) and "A Cinderella Story" (2004).
