Juliette Frette is a multi-talented individual known for her work as a nude model, painter, writer, and actress. She pursued her studies in Women's Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she completed her degree with a thesis titled "Posing for Playboy from a Feminist Perspective: How Media Images Impact Women's Empowerment." Her research included her work in the October 2005 issue of Playboy as well as in several upcoming 'College Girls' Special Edition magazines and as 'Coed of the Month' in the Cyber Club, under the name Juliette Rose. Her modeling endeavors culminated in her selection as Playmate of the Month in June 2008, using her last name. In her creative work, she posed in an art studio adorned with paint, revealing her figure, and also in lingerie found in a writing studio.

In March 2009, she began contributing a women's column for Examiner.com. On her personal website, Juliette presents her paintings without commentary, featuring artwork that includes depictions of voluptuous women. By September 2008, she was in the process of revising and expanding her UCLA thesis into a narrative book. She also penned the text for her Playmate layout in the June 2008 issue.
