Kristin Adams — Biography

Kristin Adams, born Holt, has built a multifaceted career encompassing acting, television hosting, entertainment reporting, and singing. Her initial foray into public recognition came through her participation in American Idol. From 2005 to 2008, she was the face of G4's Cheat!, a program focused on video game tips and tactics. Following the integration of Cheat! segments into G4's X-Play in 2008, Adams continued with the network as a correspondent and occasional host for the show's remaining run. Her hosting duties extended to other G4 programs and special events when called upon. She also fronted "Poker Night" on GSN and Nissan GT Academy on Speed. On January 1, 2010, Adams took on the role of co-host for the Character Fantasy film showcase on the USA Network. In 2012, she co-hosted and reported for Real Music Live on NBC. A graduate of Texas Christian University, Adams was also a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader during her college years, earning a spot on the 12-member Show Group that toured internationally to entertain U.S. military personnel on USO Tours. She married Daniel Adams in 2008, and the couple shares two children: daughter Harper, born in 2010, and son Holt, born in 2013.
