Laura Haddock — Biography
Born on August 21, 1985, in Enfield, London, Laura Haddock is an English actress. Her parents, a reflexologist mother and a financier father, raised her in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, where she attended St George's School. Leaving school at seventeen, she relocated to London to pursue her passion for acting, training at the Arts Educational School in Chiswick.
Haddock's television career began with a role in the 2008 Comedy Showcase pilot, Plus One. Her early television work includes appearances in The Palace, My Family, The Colour of Magic, and Marple: A Pocket Full of Rye. She also took on the leading role of Kacie Carter in the series Honest. Her credits extend to the pilot episode of the American adaptation of Wild at Heart, titled Life Is Wild, and commercials for dot tel.
She has portrayed significant characters on the big and small screens, including Alison in The Inbetweeners Movie and Meredith Quill in the blockbuster films Guardians of the Galaxy and its sequel, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
