Lee Sun-mi — Biography
Lee Sun-mi first captivated audiences as a performer within the celebrated K-pop ensemble, Wonder Girls. Her journey as an individual artist commenced in 2013, marked by the successful release of her single "24 Hours." During her formative years, Sun-mi pursued her education at Chung Dam Middle School and subsequently Chung Dam High School. Her academic pursuits continued at Dongguk University, where she focused her studies on musical theatre. A significant recognition of her solo artistry came with the Best Solo Dance Performance award at the 16th Mnet Asian Music Awards, a testament to her music video for "Full Moon." Born Lee Sunmi, she experienced the early loss of her father and has an elder brother. Prior to her solo career, she shared the stage as a member of Wonder Girls alongside Sunye Min.
