Liv Morgan — Biography

Gionna Daddio is an Italian-American professional wrestler and actress currently signed to WWE as of November 2023, competing on the Raw brand under the professional name Liv Morgan. She holds the distinction of being a former one-time SmackDown Women's Champion and a former two-time WWE Women's Tag Team Champion alongside Raquel Rodriguez. Daddio entered the professional wrestling world in 2014 when she signed with WWE and began training at the WWE Performance Center before transitioning to the developmental NXT brand, where she adopted the Liv Morgan moniker. Her elevation to the main roster came in 2017, when she was positioned alongside Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan as part of The Riott Squad faction. Following The Riott Squad's dissolution in 2019, Morgan transitioned to competing as an independent competitor. Her partnership with Riott resumed briefly until Riott's departure from the company in 2021. A significant career milestone occurred in 2022 when Morgan captured the Women's Money in the Bank ladder match and immediately cashed in her contract that same evening, defeating Ronda Rousey to capture the SmackDown Women's Championship, marking her inaugural major championship victory. During 2023, Morgan joined forces with Raquel Rodriguez, and together they achieved the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship twice, equaling the record for most reigns as a team. Beyond wrestling, Morgan has expanded into entertainment, making her film debut in The Kill Room during 2022 alongside Maya Hawke, Samuel L. Jackson, and Uma Thurman. Later that year, she secured a guest role on the second season of the horror series Chucky. By 2024, Morgan also captured the Women's World Championship by defeating Becky Lynch. Daddio maintains a strong social media presence, boasting 3.4 million Instagram followers, 1.0 million TikTok followers, and 163,000 YouTube subscribers as of December 2025.
