Lucy Lawless — Biography
Lucy Lawless is a talented actress and singer from New Zealand. She gained widespread recognition for her iconic portrayal of Xena in the TV series Xena: Warrior Princess. Additionally, she played D'Anna Biers in the revamped Battlestar Galactica series and took on the role of Lucretia in Spartacus: Blood and Sand and its associated shows. In 2001, Lawless appeared in the first two episodes of Season 9 of The X-Files, portraying the super soldier Shannon McMahon. Since 2019, she has been featured as Alexa in the series My Life Is Murder. Lawless also had notable recurring performances as Diane Lewis-Swanson on the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation from 2012 to 2014, as well as Countess Palatine Ingrid Von Marburg on the supernatural series Salem aired by WGN America in 2015. Furthermore, she played Ruby in the horror-comedy series Ash vs Evil Dead, which ran from 2015 to 2018.
