Malinda Kathleen Reese, born on June 27, 1994, is a multifaceted American online personality with a background in singing and theater. She first gained significant traction for her renditions of Irish folk songs on the platform TikTok, where she has amassed a following exceeding two million. Another notable project is her YouTube series, Twisted Translations. In this series, she humorously reimagined song lyrics and other texts that had been repeatedly translated through various languages and back into English via Google Translate, a venture that earned her over a million subscribers. Presently, Reese focuses on her primary YouTube channel, MALINDA, where she shares original musical compositions and personal vlogs. Her initial foray into recorded music was a 2018 EP titled Love Letter. Beyond her digital work, Reese has a history of stage performances in the Washington, D.C. area.
