Mariko Koto, born in Japan on March 30, 1980, is a Japanese AV and Gravure Idol. Also known by her birth name Azusa Ishii, she has been active in the industry since 2005. Koto is of Asian ethnicity with black hair and brown eyes, and her petite stature is reflected in her 5'0" (152 cm) height.
