Earlier in her career, she worked as a camgirl under the alias Melanie Lynn and was active on Model Mayhem as Kitty Nakaishi.
Born in Whittier, California, Pamela was raised in Wichita, Kansas, known for its aviation industry, where her father was employed as an aerospace engineer for Learjet.
