Ruca Angel embodies the free spirit, her signature dreadlocks and unshaven underarms a lifelong testament to her bohemian identity. Raised by parents devoted to the Grateful Dead, her childhood unfolded within the confines of a psychedelic Bluebird bus, a nomadic existence that later transitioned to a cooperative horse ranch during her formative teenage years. Between her modeling engagements, Ruca navigates the vast expanse of the Alaskan Highway, hauling groceries and produce. The allure of the untamed open road, stretching between Washington State and Alaska, fuels her shared adventures with her companions. Deeply rooted in a cowgirl spirit, she annually participates in and competes at the Calgary Stampede, embracing the thrill of the event with uninhibited joy.
