Sam Frost — Biography

Sam Frost, an Australian talent known for her work in acting and broadcasting, first captured public attention as the victor of the second season of The Bachelor Australia in 2014. The following year, she made history as the inaugural star of The Bachelorette Australia. Since 2017, Frost has been a familiar face on the long-running soap opera Home and Away, portraying the character Jasmine Delaney.

In her radio career, Frost co-hosted the breakfast program Rove & Sam on 2Day FM. After the show experienced low ratings, she and co-host Rove McManus transitioned to a nightly slot across the Hit Network starting January 30th. However, by June 2017, this program was cancelled from the Southern Cross Austereo network.

Frost also ventured into reality television, participating as a contestant on Hell's Kitchen Australia, which aired from August to September 2017. Additionally, she joined a group of fifteen celebrities for The All New Monty: Guys and Gals, a show where participants shed their clothes to raise awareness for men's and women's cancers.
