SaRenna Lee, originally from Winchester, Virginia before relocating to Jacksonville, Florida and eventually Houston, Texas, built an extensive career in adult entertainment that spanned multiple decades. Throughout her professional life, she appeared on 81 magazine covers, participated in 69 separate photosets, and filmed 12 videos across various publications and platforms including Scoreland, her personal site SaRenna's World, Score Classics, Hot Movies, Blue Nudes, and Pornhub, ultimately retiring in 2004.

Her path to modeling began early, with catalog work at age 13. Before entering the adult industry, she held conventional jobs including positions as a waitress and at a frozen yogurt shop, and operated a telemarketing business for approximately four years. She also pursued employment at a well-known casual dining establishment but was not hired. After moving to Houston, she began exotic dancing and was encouraged by fellow performer Traci Topps to pursue modeling. In 1992, she started her magazine modeling career and underwent breast enhancement surgery to augment her existing D-cup size.

Early in her career, she adopted a Marilyn Monroe-inspired aesthetic and used stage names reflecting this influence. Her work encompassed solo performances, striptease sequences, behind-the-scenes content, and collaborations with numerous prominent performers in girl-girl scenes. Notable co-stars included Chloe Vevrier, Lisa Lipps, Erica Everest, Sana Fey, and others. She appeared in mainstream film as well, most notably in the 1998 thriller Evil Streets, where she played an exotic dancer.

Lee stopped dancing in June 1996, citing desires to pursue other interests and exhaustion from touring. She retired from modeling in 2002 to raise a family, later releasing a DVD compilation and auctioning memorabilia. A controversial video surfaced online during her retirement, which she eventually addressed on her website, clarifying it involved a consensual encounter.

In 2008, she launched SweetSamples.com, hosting archived content and live shows before announcing a return to modeling exclusively for her platform. She retired again in 2014. Lee has been inducted into the Score Big-Boob Hall of Fame and is currently married with twin daughters.
