Sue Williams — Biography

Sue Williams holds a unique place in the history of Playboy's iconic Playmates. She distinguished herself by being the first Playmate to have undergone breast augmentation surgery. Furthermore, she holds the distinction of being the shortest Playmate to date, standing at just 4 feet 11 inches tall, and is a natural blonde. It is important to note that she is not to be confused with Karen Susan Hamilton, a brunette actress who was 5 feet 10 inches tall and tragically took her own life by gunshot in September of 1969.
