Suzanne Somers, born on October 16, 1946, is a celebrated American actress, author, and entrepreneur, renowned for her performances on the popular ABC sitcoms Three's Company and Step by Step, where she starred alongside Angela Watson, Christine Lakin, and Staci Keanan. In the 1980s, Somers found success as an entertainer in Las Vegas and became the face of the Thighmaster, an innovative exercise tool designed to be squeezed between the thighs, which played a pivotal role in the early development of the infomercial industry. Throughout this time, she also entertained U.S. servicemen stationed overseas.

As a business leader, Somers has built a thriving multimillion-dollar lifestyle brand. She serves as president of her companies, ELO Somers and Port Carling Inc., which together offer a wide range of personally branded products in fashion, diet, beauty, and fitness, sold through the Home Shopping Network, her own website, and a direct sales organization reminiscent of Avon or Tupperware.

In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Suzanne has authored numerous best-selling self-help books, including the insightful Ageless: The Naked Truth About Bioidentical Hormones (2006), which addresses bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
